Pastor Hurd is the general overseer of Faith Miracle Temple of Glory Church (of the Apostolic
Faith) under the mantle and leadership of current Pastor of Faith Miracle Temple of St. Louis, Missouri - Bishop Larry J. Baylor. 

He is a native citizen of Illinois since birth and educated in the Illinois school system from elementary school through high school. Graduate of Mid-Continent University of Kentucky. Licensed Businessman, devoted husband and father. 
 
Pastor Hurd operates under the glorious prophetic authority of the Holy Spirit (Jesus Christ).  He accredits his Gospel Foundation to former Pastor Bishop Mack E. Jonas, Assistant Pastor Bishop George L. & Donna L. Hurd Sr., and Late Pastor Charles and Patricia Fields.  The Power and Glory under which he operates he accredits to the mentoring and mantle of both current Pastor Bishop Larry J. Baylor and Great Revivalist Evangelist B. K. Henton. 

Pastor Hurd sought to know and understand God even in early childhood prior to his parents giving their lives to Christ.   After the calling to seek deeper understanding, knowledge and truth of God’s love and Grace, the word of God was solidified in the life of this chosen vessel.  At the age of eighteen God spoke audibly to him warning him of a car accident in which he would be involved in but survive.  It happened just as it was foretold.  God spared his life and he has running to and for Christ ever since. 

Pastor Hurd is blessed and highly favored by God and men.  He is Blessed to be joined in ministry with a Spirit Filled, Power Packed Woman of God (Candace M. Hurd) whose has helped him every step of the way through almost thirty years in marriage. His three beautiful and talented daughters help create a glorious atmosphere of praise and worship at home, church and abroad.
